Does pre-registering commit me to buy anything?

No. Pre-registration is free and creates no obligation. It records your interest and requirements and reserves pre-sale pricing. You only pay if you sign an order for a plan, and you can do that any time before general availability to keep the pre-sale price.

How exactly does pre-sale pricing work?

Pre-registered partners who sign before general availability (targeted Q2 2027) pay 40% below list for their first 12 months: $390 a month for Researcher instead of $650, and $1,440 a month for Desk instead of $2,400. Enterprise discounts are agreed in the contract on the same basis. After 12 months the plan moves to the list price at that time, with 60 days' notice.

When will I get access, and to what?

Early access is targeted for Q1 2027 and covers Hyperliquid: trades, full depth (L2, L3 and L4), funding and the extended fields, from November 2025 onward, through the console, the REST API, the WebSocket stream and S3. Invitations go out by email in order of registration. Further venues follow in phases, each subject to a data agreement with the exchange.

What do you do with the information I send?

We use it to contact you about early access and pre-sale terms, and to decide which venues and datasets to build first. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers. You can ask for a copy or for deletion at chris@financedatacloud.com. The details are in our privacy policy.

Can I change my selections later?

Yes. Submit the form again with the same email and we use the latest version, or reply to your confirmation email with the changes.

I'm at a university. Which plan should I pick?

Choose Academic and register with your university email. Academic pricing is 80% off the Researcher plan for accredited university research, covering historical data only. We may ask for a short description of the project and your supervisor's name.
